Suicide&Co are a charity that support those bereaved by suicide and actively open the conversation around suicide-related grief.
34,146 individuals are directly bereaved by sucide every year in England and Wales, Suicide&Co understands that navigating suicide loss alone is hard and talking about it makes it easier. The charity was set up by two friends, Amelia and Emma who both lost a parent to suicide and hoped that their lived experience of suicide loss could help others. By opening the conversation Suicide&Co will support those bereaved by suicide by removing the feeling of isolation, challenging the stigma around suicide and educating support networks. An end like suicide should be the start of many new conversations.
