Area 43 is a youth mental health charity operating in Cardigan, West Wales. They run a youth café and hub called the Depot which is open until 7pm six days a week.  This means young people can come in and make use of the safe space to socialise, or to access services.  The hub is staffed by support workers and counsellors who can be accessed without appointment. They run lots of wellbeing activities to promote good mental health, including health and fitness, self-care, journaling and topic focussed peer support groups. 

‘The hub provides a vital service for so many young people in our area,  and the support from knittingformentalhealth will make a huge difference to the services we provide! Thank you!
